直播課程旨在通過對基礎(chǔ)知識、法規(guī)條款、典型案例及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的分析與分享，幫助大家建立全方位的認(rèn)知，理解危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品倉儲合規(guī)管理的重要性，并運(yùn)用到未來的實(shí)際管理工作當(dāng)中。

And we invited Yang Shuangxi, who is the deputy general manager of the central China warehouse packaging business department of Milkyway as the speaker of this live broadcast. He has once participated in the revision of the national standard GB15603 ‘General Rules for the Storage of Hazardous Chemicals’. This live broadcast aims to help everyone establish a comprehensive understanding of the importance of compliance management for hazardous chemical storage through the analysis and sharing of basic knowledge, regulatory provisions, typical cases, and practical experience, and apply it to future practical management work.

大咖介紹

Character Introduction

楊雙喜，碩士學(xué)歷，應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)，注冊安全工程師，從事化工安全管理15余年，曾參與GB15603《危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品儲存通則》的修訂、受邀CWSAS（倉儲評估體系）審核員講師等工作。2018年加入密爾克衛(wèi)，現(xiàn)任倉儲分裝事業(yè)部副總經(jīng)理。

Yang Shuangxi holds a master's degree in Applied Chemistry. He is a registered safety engineer, and has been engaged in chemical safety management for more than 15 years. He has participated in the revision of GB15603 "General Rules for the Storage of Hazardous Chemicals" and has been invited as a CWSAS (Warehouse Assessment System) auditor lecturer. He joined Milkyway in 2018 and currently serves as the deputy general manager of the warehousing and packaging business department.

Q1:企業(yè)現(xiàn)場使用的危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品品種多、數(shù)量少，使用量不大，所以都是放在現(xiàn)場使用的，必須設(shè)置專門的倉庫嗎？

A1：按照GB50016建規(guī)的要求，在生產(chǎn)裝置區(qū)域可以設(shè)置臨時(shí)的原料暫存區(qū)，用于生產(chǎn)需要，但對于暫存區(qū)的物料需確保僅“臨時(shí)儲存”。

A1: According to the requirements of GB50016 construction regulations, temporary raw material storage areas can be set up in the production unit area for production needs, but for materials in the temporary storage area, it is necessary to ensure that only "temporary storage" is available.

A2: GB15603標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確的“危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品”與1995版本的“化學(xué)危險(xiǎn)品”有一定的區(qū)別，新版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的互聯(lián)性，其引用的“危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品”與2015版《危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品目錄》一致，根據(jù)2015版《危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品目錄》的危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品定義理解，GB15603中的危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品除了列入目錄中列明的，包含符合判定原則的所有危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品。

The new version of the standard is based on the interconnectivity of the standard, and the "hazardous chemicals" referenced in it are consistent with the 2015 version of the list of hazardous chemicals. According to the definition of hazardous chemicals in the 2015 version, it is understood that the hazardous chemicals in GB15603 include all hazardous chemicals that comply with the judgment principles, except for those listed in the list.

Q3: 危險(xiǎn)品出入庫前暫存區(qū)域有什么規(guī)定嗎？比如數(shù)量，時(shí)長等。

A3：暫存區(qū)域?qū)τ谪浳锏拇娣攀菚r(shí)間限制，最長不得超過24小時(shí)，數(shù)量上需滿足五距要求。

A3: The temporary storage area has a time limit for the storage of goods, which cannot exceed 24 hours. The quantity must meet the five distance requirement.
