——2023 the First Emergency Rescue Training of Jiangsu Highway Fire Rescue Detachment for Hazardous Chemical Tanker Rounded off

近日，2023年度江蘇省高速公路消防救援支隊首期危化品槽罐車應急救援安全技能培訓班在密爾克衛鎮江寶華實訓基地順利舉行，共有30名消防指戰員參加了本次培訓。開班儀式上，雙方領導為「江蘇高速消防—寶華物流實訓教學基地」揭牌并簽訂了合作協議。

Recently, the first Hazardous Chemical Tanker Emergency Rescue Safety Skills Training Course of Jiangsu Expressway Fire Rescue Detachment in 2023 was successfully held at Milkyway’s Baohua Logistics Training Base in Zhenjiang City, with a total of 30 firefighters attending the training. At the opening ceremony, the leaders of both sides unveiled the plaque for「Jiangsu Highway Fire Fighting-Baohua Logistics Training Base」and signed the cooperation agreement.

本次培訓，鎮江寶華實訓基地以消防救援過程中如何降低消防指戰員人身傷害為出發點，以最快捷最大成效地開展處置道路化學品車輛應急救援工作為目標，從指導消防指戰員了解涉事現場物料信息，熟悉危化品槽罐車輛結構及工藝，掌握涉事物料安全技術說明書，在現場快速獲取有效信息進而核實涉事物料種類及真實性，最終正確制定應急處置方案，以及各個應急處置環節的實操訓練等方面設置培訓課程。

In the training, instructors started with reducing the firefighters’ personal injury during the fire rescue process and treated the disposal of road chemical vehicles emergency rescue work in the fastest and most effective way as the goal. The training courses included guiding firefighters to understand the material information of accident sites, be familiar with the structure of hazardous chemicals tanks and processes, master the safety technical instruction of the materials involved, methods of rapidly obtaining effective information and verifying the types of materials involved in the event as well as the authenticity, formulating correct emergency response program and practical training of all emergency disposal.

本次培訓借助AR教室和實訓教室硬件設施，向學員講解不同區域不同物料初期火災撲救的要領和車輛裝卸作業的過程中可能存在的風險，并邀請學員現場體驗。

With the help of AR classroom and training classroom facilities, instructors explained the main points of fighting initial-stage fires in different areas with different materials and the possible risks that may exist in the process of vehicle loading and unloading operations, and invited the trainees to experience them on site.

本次培訓在教學形式上展現了極大的多樣性和豐富性，通過視頻案例宣貫相關法規，加深對法規的理解；通過組織閉卷筆試，查看學員理論知識的掌握情況；通過現場討論互動，完善處置方案；通過模擬操作、桌面推演，將理論應用于實踐。

The teaching forms of the training were greatly diverse and rich. By watching video cases, trainees have deepened their understanding of relevant legal regulations; Through the closed-book examinations, the training school was able to check trainees’ mastery of theoretical knowledge; Via on-site discussions and interactions to improve the disposal program; With the help of simulating operation and desktop rehearsal, the theory was applied to practice.

江蘇省高速公路消防救援支隊相關領導表示，“通過此次培訓班的開設，既拓寬了全體參訓隊員的視野和思路，豐富了專業知識，更讓學員掌握了科學的處置方法，為規范、安全、高效處置危險化學品槽車交通事故奠定了堅實基礎。這樣的培訓班要長期的、一直的、更廣泛的開下去。”截至發稿時，第二期培訓班已經順利結束，又有45名消防指戰員成功地取得了培訓結業資格證書。

The leader of Jiangsu Highway Fire Rescue Detachment said, “The training has not only broadened the vision and thinking of all the participating members, enriched their professional knowledge, but also allowed them to master the scientific method of disposal and laid a solid foundation for the standardization, safety and efficient disposal of hazardous chemicals tanker trucks traffic accidents. I hope that such training courses could go on for a long time, for all the time with a wider coverage.”At press time, the second training course also owned a successful close and another 45 firefighters have eventually obtained the training completion certificate.

密爾克衛鎮江寶華實訓基地由密爾克衛集團下屬鎮江寶華物流有限公司和鎮江市密爾克衛職業培訓學校聯合共建。下一步，鎮江寶華實訓基地將以此次實訓為契機，依托密爾克衛集團豐富的行業經驗和師資力量、以及過硬的軟硬件教學設施，不斷探索助力地方應急救援能力建設的新模式，為危化品安全運輸保駕護航，為社會責任盡己力！

Milkyway Zhenjiang Baohua Logistics Training Base is jointly established by Zhenjiang Baohua Logistics Ltd. Company, a subsidiary of Milkyway Group, and Zhenjiang Milkyway Vocational Training School. In the next step, Zhenjiang Baohua Logistics Training Base will take this training as an opportunity, relying on Milkyway Group’s rich industry experience, teaching resources, as well as excellent teaching facilities, and continue to explore new modes to help local emergency rescue capacity building.We will escort the safe transportation of hazardous chemicals, and make every effort to fulfill our social responsibilities!
